Sebastian Faust is a Berlin-based composer, sound artist, musician, and multi-instrumentalist. He studied composition and jazz piano in the Netherlands. His musical work spans from orchestral modern jazz to pop music to experimental music. Characteristic of his music is always the blend of various styles, acoustic and electronic instruments, as well as the incorporation of principles of chance or conceptual compositional techniques. In addition to his own music projects, he composes for theater productions and performances and works as a music teacher.
